How many treatment sessions do I need?
How long should I expect for each treatment session?
How do I prepare for the first visit?
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to complete your new patient information sheet.
- Wear comfortable clothes that allow the therapist to see the area to be treated (e.g. shorts for leg/back injuries).
- Bring your physician’s referral (if you have one, though not required).
- Bring any relevant reports/test results (e.g. X-rays, ultrasound scans, MRI reports).
- Provide any relevant medical history.
- Be prepared to stay 45 to 90 minutes for the initial assessment and treatment.
- Bring information on your WSIB claim, group insurance or motor vehicle accident insurance, if applicable.
